YOGA

Yoga is an invitation to connect with your body and spirit. Come back to the present moment and just be.

Through movement, cleanse yourself of stagnant energies - empty out the soul clutter. Sweat, stretch and release.

My teaching style is lighthearted and fluid - do what feels best in your body. Listen to the soft chorus of your breath -  a guiding light back to right now.
